Emily Garson

CO-FOUNDER - SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Emily is a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist with almost 15 years of clinical experience. She has worked extensively in outpatient, inpatient and home based care, treating a wide range of conditions including orthopaedic, neurological, musculoskeletal and cardiovascular presentations. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition or looking to regain mobility and confidence, Emily offers tailored one to one care designed around your goals.

Emily is passionate about empowering her patients to take control of their recovery, and has led multidisciplinary programs such as Parkinson’s Disease group, orthopaedic rehab groups, hydrotherapy and pilates classes. She is a certified clinical pilates instructor and LSVT BIG provider, offering additional tools to support recovery.

Emily’s approach is built on communication, compassion and evidence based practice. She takes the time to listen, educate and guide each person she works with - ensuring treatment is not only effective but meaningful and sustainable.

Outside of work, Emily is a mum to two energetic young girls and loves spending time with her family going on adventures. When not chasing after them, she loves exploring Melbourne’s incredible food and wine scene, enjoying a good meal with friends and family and soaking up the little moments.

Megan Stock

CO-FOUNDER - SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

With almost 15 years of experience across both inpatient, outpatient, home based and private practice settings, Megan is a dedicated physiotherapist known for her compassionate care and collaborative approach to rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Monash University (2011) and most recently completed a Specialist Certificate in Clinical Rehabilitation at the University of Melbourne (2023).

Throughout her career, she has taken on numerous leadership roles. She is deeply committed to lifelong learning and was proud to receive a $10,000 patient-nominated education scholarship in 2022, as well as a travel scholarship for a study tour in New York in 2018 and a CEO Excellence Award in 2015.

Whether working with post-surgical patients, chronic pain management, or complex rehabilitation needs, Megan brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine dedication to helping each individual regain their independence and confidence.

Megan is a proud mum to a delightful two-year-old boy. She loves spending quality time with her family, especially going on walks with their golden retriever and enjoying croissants with a good coffee all at once.
